Some interesting reviews: 1.This is a very good, if predictable, movie. If you've seen any of the previews you pretty much know the main plot elements of the movie. Where this movie hooks you is in the characters themselves. They all have their human flaws which they learn about and grow in throughout the movie. The dissappointing part is that there is not more exploration of this throughout the movie. I would have liked the movie to be about 20 minutes longer and give us more character exploration, especially of the Jennifer Aniston character. While both her and Jason Bateman show their character flaws (humanity) throughout the movie, there is no key turning point where she admits to hers and attempts to move past them. Overall, a very fun and enjoyable movie, espeically if you are a parent and like these 2 actors. A note on Goldblum, while he's certainly fun in this movie, he plays the same overblown character he always does. 2.I thought the script writer turned in a wonderful story line about the mix up of sperm. I feel Bateman and Aniston were very good in both their roles ; Aniston as the bio/clock want to be mom and Bateman as the neurotic, don't know what he wants to be in life, until he fathers a clone of himself. Well worth 101 minutes of your time to see what future families could evolve into.!!!!!!!!!!!! 3.Kinda reminded me "When Slly met Harry", Very enjoyable movie. I only put it on pause once to go to the restroom. After I got into it I knew what was going to happen in the end but the story was very good. I enjoyed Jennifer Anistons part as well as Jason Batemans, Jeff Goldbloom was, what can I say, was GeffGoldbloom. All in all a pretty good story line and would reccomend it to folks. 4.I loved this movie. It is so heart warming and friendly. The switch is most definitely one of the kind of movies you curl up on the couch with a glass of wine after a rough day and just relax knowing it will always get better. :) 5.This film is definitely a rom-com with the predictable ending, but it has great actors. Jason Bateman is always a win for me and he played the neurotic New Yorker perfectly and his scenes with the doe-eyes mini him were funny and cute. Jeff Goldblum was Jeff Goldblum, hilarious and amazing!Overall, it was funny and light-hearted. Definitely, something that I can watch with my boyfriend without hearing him groan and complain. I liked it.
