After ripping the songs into iPod/iPad/iPhone Format, Fire the iTunes and click on File menu. Under File menu in iTunes, you will see a option called "Sync". Please click on it and then you can transfer ripped songs to iPod/iPad/iPhone with great ease. Please make sure that you connect your iPod/iPad/iPhone to computer before running the iTunes, otherwise you might face problems.
