About ZEN?
ZEN refers back to the group of portable media player designed and manufactured by Creative Technology, the names of which focus on the term ZEN, e.g. ZEN, ZEN X-Fi. The gamers started out the NOMAD brand through the NOMAD Jukebox series. Three of Creative Technology's players won the Best of CES award from 2004 to 2006 in their respective categories, with one winning the complete award.The ZEN series carries a strong foothold in Asian markets, specifically in Singapore, the business's headquarters.
All players support MP3 and WMA formats, although some models support also WAV and Audible formats. These are bundled with device drivers and inventive MediaSource, a media player that features transferring and syncing abilities exclusively to the players. Some models are PlaysForSure-certified to get works with Windows Media Player via Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) and supporting the Janus DRM. They are natively compatible with Windows, while current players exclusively support Windows XP and Vista.
